Both are residential pools with country and city targeting. Beta is the premium pool: it runs on its own gateway and adds state-level targeting. Beta is by invitation: staff grant Beta plans, and members top them up from there. Credentials for one don't work on the other.
You pay for gigabytes moved, nothing else. Buy on Private from 100 GB, and top up anywhere from 100 to 1,000 GB at a time. Generating lines is free and uses no bandwidth.
Card through Stripe settles instantly. PayPal and Zelle are matched against our payment history by staff before the GB is added.
